    Cancer can be cured if it is detected early. cancer can be detected early by screening methods. Screening is detecting cancer in an early precancerous stage.       Cancer screening Guidelines for cervical cancer\t<\/h4>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

      \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tScreening is done by both PAP smear test and HPV kit.in most of the centres,HPV kit Is not available.In that scenario atleast PAP smear test is recommended\n

      • Screening to be started for women from age of 20 years to 65 years<\/li>\n \t
      • If both PAP smear and HPV testing are normal, screening can be done once in 5 years<\/li>\n \t

        All women >20 years \u00a0must under go Monthly Breast Self Examination<\/p>

        All women > 40 years must undergo yearly\u00a0 Mammography\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>
